Vault by Vans and Notre have linked up again for their second collaboration on the Vans OG Old-Skool LX silhouette.

Including their handshake motif, the sneaker will be available in four tonal colorways referencing classic Vans models: Off-White, Black, Blue, and Red. Each pair ships in a custom box with the Notre motto: “There are many ways of doing things besides your own.” The motto comes from The Whole Earth Catalog, and it’s inspired what Notre has done as a shop over the past few years, and what they stand for: teamwork, learning from one another, staying open-minded.

The release is rounded out with a two-piece capsule collection designed and produced by Notre, including the “Linking Hands” hoodie ($98) in Black and Heather Grey, and the “Many Ways” short-sleeved t-shirt ($36) in Black and Off-White.

The Notre x Vault by Vans OG Old-Skool LX and private label capsule will be available exclusively through Notre's online store on October 31. Sneakers will retail for $90 and will be available in sizes 4-12 and 13, hoodies and tees are $98 and $36 and available in S-XXL.

Anderson .Paak Becomes The Global Music Ambassador Vans And Debuts Exclusive Footwear And Accessories Collaboration

It's looking like a good year for the three-time grammy award winning musician Anderson .Paak. He is now the first Global Music Ambassador for Vans. Anderson .Paak will serve as one of the global judges for the brand’s Vans Musicians Wanted competition, which aims to provide a platform for aspiring artists all around the world.

“I’m honored to be the newest member of the Vans Family and look forward to making history with one of the most respected global brands,” said Anderson .Paak. “I’m thankful for Vans’ partnership with .Paak House and can’t wait to broaden our reach to help even more people tap into their greatest potential.”

To celebrate the partnership it's only right that AP debut his exclusive footwear and accessories collection. The collection takes inspiration from .Paak's Southern California roots and his albums "Venice" and "Malibu." The collection will include two pieces of footwear; the Old Skool DX and the Sid DX.

The Old Skool DX plays homage to the "Venice" album and features a wavy, psychedelic upper with yellow eyelets and translucent blue vinyl Sidestripe. The Sid SX pays homage to the "Malibu" album with an embroidered chenille pattern upper complimented by tonal black laces and stitching and features a Flying-V logo embroidered at each side.

Both sneakers include a custom tongue label message from AP with translucent green waffle soles, custom packagaging and dust bag. There's also the AP Bucket Hat that showcases each of the custom prints, silicon patches and signature quotes affixed to the brim of each hat. The Vans x Anderson .Paak collection will be available worldwide on November 13 and will retail for $40 - $110 USD.

With the release of the Vans x Sandy Liang collection right around the corner, Vans is tapping into the DIY culture with the release of their Origami Pack that features a remastered Era and Classic Slip-On.

The Era will arrive in three colorways; an all-black monochromatic execution with a suede upper with pony hair across the upper and heel. There's also the Era with a crocodile embossed suede at the toe and heel in a bright purple hue. The third Era mixes the Vans Checkerboard print with black ponyhair. Finally we have the Slip-On which combines the most popular colorways of black sude and checkboard ponyhair.

Each sneaker is totally different from the other and isn't what you would typically expect from the Vans brand. The real question is can you see yourself rocking these? You can grab the collection now online and at Vans retail stores.
