This weekend was amazing. I'm truly getting the hang of this hosting thing! What would once have been something that I would have turned down, I am feeling prepared more than ever. But, let's talk about how two Westside legends in the making, Corey Demon and myself were able to talk about fashion and inspiration at Neiman Marcus. If you're not familar with Corey, then here's the time to get to know this talented young man. Corey is an author, a model, a designer and an actor. He does it all and quite well might I add. It was so cool to share the stage with him. The champagne was flowing courtesy of Belaire and the soundtrack was great thanks to the legendary Sean Mac.

Let's not forget the extremely talented Edo, who raffled off his live painting at the event as well. There was haircuts and cigars too.

My takeaway from this day is that those who truly support what you do, they will find a way to show up for moments that are special to you. I hope that I continue to show up for people the way they do me. It's because I care and I deem what you do important. There's nothing like sharing these moments with family, friends and peers.
